Hikvision ColorVu & Smart Hybrid Light - Coffee Shop Demo Video 

Hi . So my neighbour has put in a smart hybrid bullet camera and it is kind of diagonally opposite mine which is a 1080p dome camera and at night my view looks like their light from their camera is permanently on but if i actually go outside and look its not. Why is that? Both are hikvision camera brands. How can i avoid it? I assume its the smart hybrid technology. I dont see what their camera views- hope its the same
