HILARIOUS Glitches in Super Smash Bros. Brawl

If you do the giant jigglypuff glitch with yoshi as the second player, and then have yoshi use his neutral special on jigglypuff, jigglypuff will grow even bigger! This stacks every time you do this eventually making jigglypuff so big that she just dies.

Luigi wearing a dress was funnier when he had to disguise himself as Peach in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga.

There actually is another glitch specifically with Sonic. Custom stages are the easiest for preforming this slight glitch. Get a flat surface, with a slight ramp at the end of the platform. Spindash just before the incline, and Sonic should go up the incline, and proceed to continue spindashing in a straight line for a second in mid air.

Seeing Brawl again really brings back nostalgic memories of the old days. I never knew of these glitches until now.

It's a simple glitch, but in Brawl, if you transform from Zelda/Sheik to the other while under the effects of the Lightning item, the effect becomes permanent, at least until you lose a stock.

2:56. Comically accurate melee puff back air

A glitch where all characters can be (almost) the same exact color, where you choose a character then cancel that player slot, do the exact same character in another slot, reenter the first slot and you should have 2 or more characters of the same color though I do believe the other ones are more faded, but it's still a glitch nonetheless

If I remember correctly, while Bowser's under the effects of that undead glitch covered in the last segment of the video, any move will kill him, just like you said. However, this also applies to moves that don't actually deal damage, like FLUDD or Sing.

Nostalgia episode! I'm surprised you forgot the Yoshi glitch with Giant Jiggs, it was ridiculous!

Fun Fact: You can still do the Kirby glitch on Frigate Orphian in Ultimate by using the same method

Brawl is my second favourite. It has the most content. But ultimate plays better and looks better. Plus has like double the amount of characters

I remember if you use Ike FS on a stage with a big gap in the middle he and his victim will fall to their death trough the gap. Also with certain custom stages with a small gap in the middle you can have certain assist trophies (Exp: gray fox) fall to the lower blast zone, then spawn back to just fall back again (and while they can’t despawn during it) I can’t really test those since I don’t have brawl anymore.

I'd still go back and play Brawl, simply because Subspace is too good to pass up on.

Me and my friend accidentally id the giant jigglypuff glitch back when we were kids. But he accidentally rolled into the blast zone before we could do anything so we were just confused

If you go to Picto Chat as Kirby (in any game mode) and use stone on the sloped corner the move will glitch until it ends

Random non glitch stuff in the video. 4:10 They payed good attention making sure Falco had a big butt. Snake and others have spandex and Falco got them beat while wearing regular baggy pants. If Luigi looks best in a dress, imagine what Falco would look like in Samus's or Solid Snake's outfit, insta kill. 5:56 I just love Sonic's straight pose when dashing up, and his jump actually has a very short delay where he wind up to jump rather than instantly going into a ball. Not sure how much this affects his competitive side with that short wind up before jumping. But it looks really smooth and quick despite being so quick and not instantly in the air.

These glitches are amazing especially the Luigi Wears a Dress one because it's a Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga reference

The thing with slamming on thin air works with all the similar throws. But with that you need portals since it follows the ground below it. Rob can kill you if a platform is out from below him with up throwing

I remember trying out the jigglypuff glitch and I was so happy when It actually worked and I had myself a giant jigglypuff I loved smash bros ball!

Some others to note, Sonic can hover in mid air with hai down B if he charges it on a slant with nothing at the top. And if he hits anyone while hovering he teleports slightly up. Meta Knight can also glitch through corners of the solid slanted blocks of custom stages of there is nothing on the other side. Made a custom stage once that allowed Sonic and Meta Knight to get inside of a box using these and thus they can never get KOed.

There was a glitch I found back in the day where if you used a super mushroom on a stage with water you can swim in, and went back to normal size during either Charizard’s or Lucario’s drowning animation, you could play around as Charizard without the flame on his tail and Lucario with less aura effects on his paws.

Kirby has slayed gods so it doesn't surprise me that he could slam a dude in thin air

I loved brawl and had a ton of fun with it, especially with subspace. Man o man I loved subspace

Ike's FS glitch can also be performed with other trapping FSs like Toon Link's. Also custom stages had loads of other fun glitches, like one, again involving Toon Link's FS, that basically threw you out of the stage while doing it. Ah and don't forget about "Earthquake Kirby", the glitch where performing down special with Kirby on Pichochat edges will create an earthquake for the entire screen. I loved reproducing these glitches with my friends back in the days.

Honestly I think my favorite glitch with in the series was in the 3ds Corneria stage with either Lucas or Ness. If you absorb either the laser blasts from the airwings or the charged beams at the bottom of the ships stage (you have to be in the air in front of it, if you touch the gun itself while it's charging it hurts you) with Lucas or Ness's barrier- the blasts will spin around and disappear and then a randomly targeted opponent will have dozens of explosions lock onto them and cause tons of damage (also if you try to use either characters recovery the electric ball tends to be invisible until the commotion stops so be careful if your under the stage and trying to recover) . It only works about 2 times every battle, after that the lasers can't be absorbed by either character again at all unless you start a new battle.

Brawl is my favorite because of the story mode.

Wait, so what happens if Undead Bowser and Wario eat healing item like a Heart Container or Maxim Tomato? do they recover HP?

Heres a glitch with jigglypuff go to rainbow cruise and get a smash ball then do the following: 1. Get to the peak of the stage 2. Wait until you get to the part where the stage falls back onto the ship 3. While falling before the top part of the stage is gone use your final smash 4. Enjoy the laughs

I remember a glitch I found in brawl was when I was playing the story mode and I was fighting tabuu. I was trying to dodge one of his attacks that being his movement throw where he turns into a cage and you get trapped in it. I ended up getting caught in it and as I mashed the buttons to try to escape Marth ended up T posing and was just floating in the air and wherever tabuu moved Marth would follow like he was attached to him

Oh boy, that doesnt even scratch the surface of glitches found in this game haha. I've played that game for 7 years through smash 4's lifespan and I found all sorts of weird small glitches. For example, once on one of custom stages I've made I had a final smash and I remember it vanished for no reason. (Remember there was no time limit on those back then) Another one would be the Hellrin assist trophy no clip. Where I was Sonic against Cpt.Falcon on FD. The interaction was Hellrin, Cpt Falcon being metal, due to metal cap box and Sonic's D-Throw when hellrin was on the ground clipping through it as well. It clipped Cpt Falcon through the ground and killed him due to being metal. Peach's weird Turning Turnip Pluck where you can Down B while moving. I was able to do that on a "malfunctioning wiimote" only. Or Strange glitch where you can hit THROUGH someone's counter. I had a moment where Marth used counter as I was using the knee, but I hit him below his counter and slightly to the side, where seemingly his hitbox was nowhere NEAR the actual character model of Marth, but it still connected. Even tho the Counter frames were DEFINITELY active, his counter was completely bypassed with that direct knee. There were glitches I probably missed and forgot about like... I had a strange glitch with Peach and Diddy Kong which I forgot details about, but if I find time to launch the wii and flick through all replays I have, I may give it a shout here or somethin'. Wish I had the Marth's Counter glitch on a replay... battle lasted 4 seconds too long... dumb 3 minute time limit.

A glitch I think would be neat that you didn't show is someone losing two stocks from Ganondorf's side B on Mushroomy Kingdom! I don't know if it works though, due to not owning Brawl, but I heard pro player Salem talking about it once on a Brawl Tier List video!

theres a glitch you can do with kirby on pictochat where if you use down b on one of the diagonal parts it'll make the screen shake like crazy lol

on the kirby up throw, with other characters they both can die at the same, which can lead to a sudden death in stock battles when your both at 1 stock

I know I'm late but here's two glitches that I've found on my own First one is a visual glitch with Nana. First, you need the ice climbers and Link ( it works with toon links too if I remember well). Have link have the Final Smash (smash ball) and use it on Nana (just activating it while popo looks away from Link works). After getting hit, Nana will have certain animation effects slowed down : noticeably, the dash smoke, the double jump circle, etc. I once got this glitch where Nana animation were slowed, but I've never been able to replicate it and couldn't save the game clip, but I think it as to do with banana since I was playing against a Diddy Kong. The second one is with Ike and it's really simple but required a good timing. Charge neutral B next to a opponent and release it when Ike is flashing, just before he release it automatically. If done correctly, the opponent will die really early. It kills bowser at 14% at FD (Final Destination). My guess for this glitch is that they programmed the move so that move as more and more knock back the longer you charge until the fully charged version comes out automatically.

I have one glitch!!! I don't know if this is a GLITCH or a SPECIAL interaction... You need to use Ganondorf, Marth and a 3rd ally character for Marth... GIve Marth the Smash ball, then with Ganon you need to grab the 3rd character with your side B... and then you use the final smash of Marth on Ganondorf at the same time he's grabbing the 3rd character... AND DONE!... It looks like Ganon won't be afected by the attack but still take the full damage of Marth's Final Smash!

i remember a glitch with snake when i had to battle with snake to unlock him he just died instantly on shadow Moses island and as soon i just started so i got snake by doing nothing oh and it was with luigi

Out of all of the videos I see nobody ever talks about crucified sonic. All you gotta do is fight tabuu with sonic and if you air dodge at the right time against tabuu's chain whip attack sonic with be stuck inside him for a bit T-posing for a bit and then the game will crash

i swear i see characters with 0% health in stamina mode alot on smash ultimate, i dont remember how it happens though
