Sprinting downhill will only give you more chance of getting injuries than gaining something from it.

@@wildernessandme1744 Not if you slowly incorporate them into your workout. If you slowly work them into your workout downhill sprints is actually better than uphill sprints in a lot of ways.

A whole two-minute break! Isn't that too long? Walking downhill, I think, is enough.
