say what you will about hillary clinton, but one thing she is is a good sport. It shows a lot of character to be 'mocked' (even if it's not bad intended) and be so cool about it.
Well this is a bit of an old topic by now but don't think that the reactions are not 100% calculated. It's also very easy to be a good sport when the show doesn't really go hard on you and the actress is very openly a big fan of yours. You didn't see Hillary laughing about SNL when they were making fun of her during the primary, because they were a lot harsher then. They softened up for the general election cause they clearly had an agenda for Hillary and against Trump, and I say that as somebody who despises Trump. It was clear to see.
In 2020, I can definitely say she is a sore loser. Still blaming everyone else but herself for her loss and trying to smear Bernie, who campaigned so much for her (41 rallies)
I don't really like Hillary. I don't trust her, and I think she is a puppet. She has made a lot of mistakes. Still, she has some good qualities. That's one of them.
@@scientia.veritas He was not laughing. At most of the "jokes" were adulation about him having money. That is far from the same. Obama roasted him after started his birther nonsense and Trump looked completely uncomfortable and mad.
Trump is already one of the most successful Presidents of all time. Economy is at its highest ratings ever, unemployment is at its lowest ever including minorities, our National Security is at its safest ever, Troop morale is at an all time high, more jobs have been brought back to our country than any time ever, foreign leaders have been put in check and called out, our trade deals are finally being restructured so they are at our advantage, the UN has been finally called out and our allies are finally paying their fair share, the wall is being built to secure our borders and Government benefits are finally under the radar so people taking advantage of our benefits programs will be caught and taken care of.
John McCain literally went on SNL himself to play a parody of himself. You can't really generalize people by their party. And I'm saying this as a person who is relatively central on politics.
@@meeeee8745 John McCain wasn't a Republican, he was a RINO. That's why Democrats loved him. The GOP could use a lot less old war mongering neo cons like John McCain.
Lol have you even seen five minutes of Bernie? Lol Bernie is HILARIOUS. He’s got Jewish Brooklyn pizzazz. But yeah, sorry that he also spends time talking about the real issues in this country, instead of doing fake interviews for popularity
I love how positive Hillary is on this. I love when celebrities, idols, and youtubers see spoofs, and parodies of themselves and not get offended. It’s great 👌🏼
I don't care what you think about Hillary Clinton. Kudos for being able to laugh at yourself, something Trump probably won't ever be able to do because he gets too sensitive.
I think she's a money-grubbing corrupt old hag who's made a career out of enabling men in positions of power... Oh no, that's actually just what she is. She'll laugh at herself or cut herself open for cash or votes
I don't live in the US, so I am 'neutral' as regards 'Hilary or Trump'. However, what I like about Hilary here, is her ability to join in with the laughter and to send herself up. Agent Orange is too thin skinned to join in with it. Whilst he did venture into this territory before he got really serious about the office of POTUS, soon enough his ego took over and now part of the immense fun is watching him implode as he gets lambasted by comedy.
I also love Kate McKinnon...did you enjoy her impersonation of Mika on SNL last Saturday? I have replayed it several times, I enjoyed it so much. Kate is beautiful, but on Saturday's show, she looked glowing, stunning...I can't compliment her enough!
I don't live in the us either, but it's important to be informed. Hillary is an amazing woman. she's so smart, caring, strong, and has a sense of humor. point is, it's important to be informed and take sides no matter where you live. especially in times like these.
Geraldine Km . I think we all dislike Trump here, but I'm not really a fan of Hillary, she made bad things in the past (and she's still problematic today) but I still would prefer her over Trump. I think I prefer Bernie, but I'm not really informed about his past.
Bernies eyes at the end and trying to hold his tongue hahahahaha ^ ^ I love that old man and am from Canada, I've always hoped Americans could have some of the basic human rights we have in Canada like healthcare
Same. She's accomplished more than anyone and she was blatantly robbed. I wish and hope she can run again when he's impeached. She needs to fulfill that dream and lift us all along with her.
America has sunk to a new level of stupidity because Donald J Trump was elected President. You right-wing dopes eat up all the propaganda you can find, anything that can fit your narrative is fact to you. I'm not going to bother starting an argument with you because it would be a bigger waste of my time than trying to tear down a wall with a rubber ball. I thank god for Hillary Clinton and ask him to heal whatever is wrong with the logic-processing part of your brain, you Russian troll.
Dank Underwood America has not sunk to stupidity, no one fucking wanted hillary. AMERICA DOES NOT LIKE HER! When you only have 1 choice left, you're damn right people would elect trumpet.
Remember how all the liberals cried like babies when they mocked Hillary Clinton, and claimed SNL was too political and no longer funny? Yeah, neither do I. Because it was Trump supporters who did all that.
it had nothing to do with the impersonation, it's not a political video. I only kept the question because we could still see him reacting to the impersonation.
Can anyone imagine trump laughing at himself? Can anyone imagine trump laughing at anything that a normal person would find amusing? Can anyone imagine trump with a sense of humor??
Well, as one who does not trust Hillary in a general sense, her reaction to SNL "spoofing" her on national tv, is quite refreshing to see. I'll have to agree with the many here who appreciate Mrs Clinton's ability to laugh at herself. I'll admit, rare in the public arena. I gotta give kudos to Hillary for convincing me* that she's totally cool with SNL's portrayal of her. *With a caveat or two :)
Soopersil3ntassasin actually the people crying over trump for the third year straight and saying “WeLL aT LeaSt HillAry CaN tAkE a JoKe” are the snowflakes. You didn’t exactly challenge the substance of what I said because you know it’s true. I don’t even like trump but I know you’ll be crying again in November snowflake 🤪
Hillary doesn't mind if Kate mocks her laugh but it kills her how Kate nails her insincerity and dishonesty. Alec Baldwin unknowingly made Trump appear funny as hell and likable. Hillary isn't likable and never was.
I'm a Republican but if an Democrat has to run I would MUCH MUCH VERY MUCH prefer Hillary over Elizabeth Warren.... That woman is out of her freaking mind. I hope Dems can sorta see that.
maybe not to you. But merely being on SNL is validation of her talent. Its not the easiest thing in the world to be hired for that show, especially for the main cast. If you doubt me, give it a try yourself, and let us know how far in the hiring process you get! lol
@@wylier of forgive me. I forgot the part where I wasn’t allowed an opinion. In fact, I do not find Kate McKinnon funny and over the years there have been plenty of cast that have been significantly less funny than others. As far as trying to see if I could be hired for the job, I haven’t attempted to make a career out of comedy and therefore choose not to be judged for my comedic prowess. It could be said in response that I seriously doubt, in fact I absolutely know she wouldn’t be hired for my job either. It would prove to be too difficult for her too. It’s not a fair comparison.
@@Rich51185 But it IS a fair observation to make that a genuinely unfunny person would have a pretty hard time being hired for SNL. Paul Reubens (i.e. Pee Wee Herman), Jim Carrey, John Goodman, Steve Carell, and Lisa Kidrow are considered to be funny by most folks, and guess what else they have in common? Auditioning for - and not getting hired by - SNL. Of course you are entitled to your opinion, otherwise there wouldnt be a comments section on RU-vid to begin with.
