Sheriff Earl Vance and Deputy Doug McDonald are patrolling the county when they see a black motorist drive by. Eager to make their ticket quota for the month, the policemen decided to pull him over despite the fact that he did not commit a traffic infraction. Unfortunately, for the Sheriff and his Deputy, this particular motorist just so happens to be the Assistant District Attorney of the City of Mango Park and he knows exactly when his rights are being violated.

They thought they would win. One concern I have is, I hope they loose the badge. They only stopped violating the person once they found out one was a lawyer, not any actually remorse or moral lesson. Did anyone else notice that the deputy littered the ticket and the sheriff didn’t say anything? If the attorney saw that, I bet he would’ve arrested him for littering and exposing the frauds the both cops were for pulling him over for no reason. That Attorney could have still filed charges against the Sheriff and Deputy for overstepping their boundaries. True, a LEO has the right to pull anyone over when the is suspicion, which in this case, there wasn't. Sheriff Vance and Deputy McDonald are sure the state and federal authorities weren't called, because that's some serious prison time as well as ruining their retirement and personal lives.
