That hotel room is so creative! I love the cabin porch with the old-time washer and the farmhouse sink in the bathroom. The jacuzzi tub doesn't fit the hillbilly theme, but the metal trough facade is a nice touch. Now I'm curious about the themes in the other rooms. 🌝
HOLY COW! Wildwood Inn is minutes from my place! And the mall is less minutes! This video totally explains why I might’ve seen a guy that looked just like The Carpetbagger. Wildwood Inn used to be much much better.
I'd love to take a trip like that and experience the food and hotel and motel rooms as well as the attractions. So much fun. I'd buy T-shirts, Coffee mugs, post cards and spoons!
I enjoyed seeing all those different hotels that you stayed in when you were in Vegas, but this Hill Billy themed room was the most fun room you've shown us, I love it!
Just wanna say thanks for all you do. My anxiety with things going back to normal lately has been kicking my ass and your videos are like a comfort blanket as always. If you're ever in the Sacramento area would love to meet up. We have a really cool old town area with quirky shit you might like. I covered one in my vlog on my channel, which also was inspired by you. There's also the Donner Party Museum not far away which is as macabre as it sounds! Thanks for all you do.
Wow! I used to live in Florence KY a few years ago. I’ve driven by that Inn more times than I can count. Cool to see what’s inside. Local suggestion, you should totally visit Vent Haven Museum, the worlds only museum dedicated to ventriloquism.
I love the Wildwood inn! So much nostalgia. My family used to try and stay there at least once a year for the novelty of it.Sadly haven't been since 2008. My favorites were always the cave rooms and the jungle room.
I'm so sorry for you when you went to the hotel when the hot tub was closed it would have had a waterfall and it felt amazing on your back because the water was warm the hillbilly room looks so cool great video keep up the great work
I always pass that “Florence Y’all” water tower on my to and from KY and my home in MN. I go to the U of Ky and attend breyerfest at the horse park which I currently work at. I never knew that it’d bit about the water tower, ill have to pass that knowledge on to my folks as every time we see it my dad goes “Florence Y’all!”
Live pretty close to Wildwood but haven't been there since I was probably 11 or 12. It was a big treat to go to the pool and it still looks pretty much the same as I remember. I never even really knew there were hotel rooms much less such elaborate ones but good to see the place still alive.
We pass that fireworks stand all the time when we go to pigeon forge. We also see the signs for adult world. 😄 We used to pass the fireworks stand when it was still open when I was a kid.
What an awesome hotel room, I wish we can see all the other themed ones. I bet whoever thought this up had a great time putting it all together. I was thinking how could a hotel room not have a tv and then you opened the outhouse, so fun and unique!
Who knew there was a bean museum. That was cute. Adult world next to a large cross you really spot some crazy things on the road. Wildwood Inn is a hoot. I guess they want you to keep coming back. Clever.LOL Keep Safe ❤Keep Well ❤
You missed a trick at the end Carpetbagger, you should have said "This one's in the bath!" 🛀😂 Awesome room, absolutely awesome and Loved the chamber pot loo roll holder 😍🤣🤣
(17:36) Oh wow, a projection TV! It's a different Toshiba projection TV model to the one that was in the house I grew up in, but I remember ours later ended up with a Playhouse Disney channel bug burnt in near the end of its life.
Look into the old Chester Park Amusement Park when in Cincinnati...there is a dedication plaque in the lobby of the water works office that occupies the site......love your channel!
