+ThePeca1988 In general tuned engines can still last very long. It really depends of how you tune it. Everyone can slack on a turbo on a stock block and make more power, but with the sacrifice of rialability. This is the cheapest method. There is also another method, this is usually quite expensive but worth the money: Doing it all out and make a custom buildt engine, the engines are meant for this kind of power or even way more, also you get better throttle response and most likely more torque. This is expensive however very rialable.
