I was interested i the vaccuum and you mentionned it very quick( for non American 🙂) and the video is blur on the name...else thank you for been straight forward on presentation
Thank you for the question! The vac used in the video with the TE 3000-AVR is the VC 150-10 X. You can find more information on that here: www.hilti.com/c/CLS_DUST_MGMT_VACUUM_CLEAN_7125/CLS_VACUUM_CLEANERS_ACCESSORIES_7125/CLS_VACUUM_CLEANERS_7125/r11001069
Can u explain why when the service light goes on, ur out of a tool, unless you pay Hilti 700$ to service the tool and reset it? Why is there no way to reset light,, so it’s either pay u guys or buy a used one and pray that light doesn’t go on in the next year, then ur back on the same boat… that’s horrible…
Hi John, you can call our customer service team at 1-800-879-8000. One of our representatives will be able to put you in touch with the right account manager in your region or you could go into your local Hilti Store!
I stopped using air powered breakers when te3000 first came out. Way better, it’s quieter, less dust because no air blowing out of tool. When I need more power I use a hydraulic hammer on an excavator or skidsteer.
Hello Jesus, thank you for contacting Hilti. Are you located in the United States? For a tool repair need, please contact our customer service team to have them enter a repair request and get you a pre-paid shipping label to send the tool in for inspection / repair. 1-800-879-8000. Thanks!
The new TE 3000-AVR provides similar performance when compared to a 90lb pneumatic hammer. The added benefit is that it is almost half the weight and there is no need to drag the bulky hoses around or deal with a compressor. Hope that answered your question!
