I just decline, decline, decline. I think I was called about 5 times for it before arriving. (ignored them) and then asked at least twice while staying.
As far as I know, this wasn't an upgraded room. We just booked a 2 bedroom. They did call and ask some questions and I asked for one at the highest level of the resort. I think all the rooms are basically the same though.
