I'm just making the point that I don't think it's a good idea for him to be smoking with severe asthma. That's concerning.

he's so wasted there. This was in 2003 and he was so drunk or on drugs or both, that everybody could see, that is not normal anymore. But he was 4 years later, in 2007, in rehab. Why nobody did something? It's anyway a wonder that he is still alive.
