मैने भी उतराखँड,हिमाचल, जम्मू कश्मीर की बहुत यात्राएँ की.है पहाड़ों को पहाड़ी नदियां और उफनते झरनो को,पहाड़ी आदमियों का रहन सहन, खानपान बहुत नजदीक से देखा है मगर पहाडी गाँव मे रहने ओर उनकी मेहमाननवाजी का आनन्द नहीं ले पाया।जब भी कोई पहाड़ी गाँव ओर वहां रहने खाने पिने का विडिओ देखता हूँ बडी प्रबल ईच्छा होती है कि यह अनुभव भी लिया जाये परँतु क्या करे अब शायद बढती उम्र और घटता स्वास्थ्य इसकी ईजाजत नहीं देता।
बच्चा उम्र बढने पर बुढा कयों कैसे व किन किन कारणों से होता है सवसथ मनुष्य असवसथ कयों और कैसे किन किन कारणों से हो जाता है केवल आदत व मन की संतुष्टी पर ध्यान दें उम्र जीए तो मरीज व बुढ़ापे की नकारात्मक आयाम के विषयों को ठीक रखने के लिए अपने आप में शांति से हर समय उपलब्ध महसूस कर जन्मों जन्म इन दोनों से दुर रहा जा सकता है
