Kudos to the legendary DJs of RJ 810 AM: Double A, Stoney Burke, Cousin Hoagy, Little Rock, Howlin' Dave, Bob Magoo, The Madman, Unicorn, Jake Taylor, Mole,, and Mystery Man. Their tireless efforts kept the flame burning!
To all Pinoy Rockers: With respect to the living Legend (The Juan de la Cruz Band) I met them all in person in San Francisco, California. They were all so cool. We hope to see them all back in USA by next year 2010. Jimmy Araneta Rabara, San Francisco, CA
Walang Kakupaskupas hayup talaga, Tama Kayo Idol DZRJ Days Naabutan Ko Na Batang Bata Pa Ako Noon Pero Abot Ko Na Ang Kamalayan Ng Musikang Bato Ang Musika Ng Juan Dela Cruz Band....Mabuhay Ang Pinoy Rock!!!
This is THE BAND of my childhood. I have their CD and the Filipinos who grew up here in Canada my kids included , could not believe what they hear everytime I play their songs. So ahead of their time!
These guys rock!!!! I saw them in Edmonton tonight performing with Lolita Carbon. They are so nice to their fans!!!! We got their autographs and pictures with them. It was a great concert!!!! I hope they come back soon. Love you guys!!!!!
ibang klase ka rin ah. smooth na smooth yung kanta magsisisigaw ka dun? ayus ang JDLCB. isa sa mga paborito kong banda kahit d pako buhay nung nabuo sila.
est in peace Senyor Wally Gonzales! Keep on rockin somewhere up there with Joey Pepe Smith on vocal & rythym guitar, Walter Wirth on 2nd lead guitar, Dondi Ledesma on bass guitar, & Edmond Bosyo Fortuno on drums. Rey P. as producer and Nato O. as lawyer.
Sir wally's riffs can be an entirely different song by itself... It makes you zone out and numb to the outside world.. But look at those audience! They are like unmoving zombies with their mouth open waiting for their daily ration of a spoonful of human brain matter. Jeez, it's almost like a disrespect to these legends for sitting in front of them and not raising your hands heavenward or at the very least banging your head 20 beats per minute.
try limewire. remember there's about a 12 hour time difference between the US and the PHIL., this is good to know so you can better schedule your download(s).
tang na lupit tlga sa gitara ng juan delacruz band, thumbs up tlga, pepe, mike and wally alang kpantay..galing nyo super lalo na sa gitara..anong slash2 bulok c slash parang jimi hendrix dating..
Pepe Smith used to sing like Freddie Mercury in the 70s and early 80s. Now he just plain lost his voice. Maybe it's because of the accident that damaged part of his face. But he still gives a good show. Great.
