We can all agree that these matters should be handled by scholars. I have a sincere question though... What if we live in a world where prominent scholars are being jailed merely for speaking haqq and advising the rulers? Why are you not recognizing this current problem? *It's been three years since Sheikh Fahd al-Qadi died in Saudi prison due to medical negligence by the authorities.* Sheikh al-Qadi was arrested in 2016 because of a PRIVATE letter of advice he sent to the Saudi Royal Court in which he described violations committed by the Ministry of Education. He was known for his work with the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice. He was sent to prison because he advised the ruler PRIVATELY! What will Madkhalis say next? Advise the rulers in your hearts and dreams.

Indeed there has come to you a Noble Messenger from among you - your falling into hardship aggrieves him, most concerned for your well being, for the Muslims most compassionate, most merciful. لَقَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ عَزِيزٌ عَلَيْهِ مَا عَنِتُّمْ حَرِيصٌ عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَءُوفٌ رَحِيمٌ Qur’an 9:128 Then if they turn away, say (O dear Prophet Mohammed - peace and blessings be upon him), “Allah suffices me; there is no worship except for Him; only Him have I trusted, and He is the Lord Of The Great Throne.” فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَقُلْ حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ ۖ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ Qur’an 9:129 ‎وَاصْبِرْ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُضِيعُ أَجْرَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ And have patience, for Allah does not waste the wages of the righteous. Qur’an 11:115 They say to them, “We give you food, only for the sake of Allah - we do not seek any reward or thanks from you.” Qur’an 76:9 ‎إِنَّمَا نُطْعِمُكُمْ لِوَجْهِ اللَّهِ لَا نُرِيدُ مِنْكُمْ جَزَاءً وَلَا شُكُورًا They say to them, “We give you food, only for the sake of Allah - we do not seek any reward or thanks from you.” Qur’an 76:9 This is the exalted Book (the Qur’an), in which there is no place for doubt; a guidance for the pious. ذَٰلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لَا رَيْبَ ۛ فِيهِ ۛ هُدًى لِلْمُتَّقِينَ Qur’an 2:2 Before this, a guidance to mankind; and sent down the Judgement (Criterion to judge between right and wrong); indeed for those who disbelieved in the verses of Allah, is a severe punishment; and Allah is the Almighty, the Avenger (of the wrong). مِنْ قَبْلُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَأَنْزَلَ الْفُرْقَانَ ۗ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامٍ Qur’an 3:4 Indeed We have sent down an Arabic Qur’an, so that you may perceive. إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ Qur’an 12:2 We relate to you the best narrative because We have sent the divine revelation of this Qur’an, to you; although surely you were unaware before this. نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ أَحْسَنَ الْقَصَصِ بِمَا أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِ لَمِنَ الْغَافِلِينَ Qur’an 12:3 All praise is to Allah Who sent down the Book upon His bondman, and has not kept any deviation in it. الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِ الْكِتَابَ وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ عِوَجًا ۜ Qur’an 18:1

"أخي ، انصح الحاكم سرا" مرت ثلاث سنوات على وفاة الشيخ فهد القاضي في السجن السعودي بسبب الإهمال الطبي من قبل السلطات. اعتُقل الشيخ القاضي في عام 2016 بسبب خطاب نصيحة خاص أرسله إلى الديوان الملكي السعودي ، وصف فيه الانتهاكات التي ارتكبتها وزارة التربية والتعليم. وعرف بعمله مع هيئة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر. أرسل إلى السجن لأنه نصح الوالي على انفراد! ماذا سيقول المداخلة بعد ذلك؟ أنصحوا الحكام في قلوبكم وأحلامكم؟

BOKO HARAM, MAI TATSINE AND CRIMINAL ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA (C.A.N): THE BITTER TRUTH “Marwa Maitatsine was a Christian until his death!! Back in 1954, there were a series of meetings by the highest body of Christian association in northern Nigeria, in Jos, where I happened to be the secretary, taking the minutes of that meeting (then, I was an undergraduate student of Christian Theology). Part of the result of that the meeting was, to sponsor some people among ‘us’ to go to Arab countries as new Muslim converts, and learn Arabic and Islam. Their mission is to come back to Nigeria as Muslim clerics, use their Islamic knowledge to preach violence, distort original Islamic teachings and if possible cause a riot in the North that will make northern Nigeria a history. Five people were nominated for the job and sent to Sudan to start their mission. 3 of them refused to come back and execute their plan but spent the rest of their lives in Sudan as true Muslims. The remaining two; Muhammad Marwa and Birema came back, Marwa was sent to Kano, and Birema was sent to Niamey Niger Republic.”….Pro­fessor Dauda Ojobi +++++++++++++++­+++++++++++++++­+++++++++++++++­++++++++++++++ Professor Dauda Ojobi, a former secretary of Northern Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), a retired Professor in Benue State University faculty of Law, the 3rd Reverend Father from northern Nigeria, after Paul Gindiri, and GG Ganaka, The first Nigerian overseer of Baptist Church in Kaduna, and One time commissioner of Justice in Bauchi State. +++++++++++++++­+++++++++++++++­+++++++++++++++­+++++++++++++++­+ Mai Tatsine is the obsolete version of Boko Haram, which began its reign in the late ’50s in Kano and some other parts of Northern Nigeria, their ideologies were similar to that of Boko Haram, they forbade what Islam allowed, and allowed what Islam made haram. They claimed western education is a sin, they rejected anything brought by technology, and they were popular with saying, wearing a wristwatch is haram, using radios and television is haram etc. (considering the technological advancement of that period). The spiritual leader of the Maitatsine movement was Muhammad Marwa a.k.a Mai Tatsine. The Emir of Kano Sanusi, once suspected Maitasine as a fake Muslim when he discovered Maitatsine received goods from Vatican Palace. After sarki confirmed his findings, he expelled Maitatsine from Kano, in the early 60s. Mai Tatsine was later brought back to Kano by Gov. Rimi in 1979. Rimi believed that Maitatsine would help him win his reelection through charm. After the Maitatsine’s death, Shagari, the then President set up a Anya Goru panel to investigate the crises. Prof. Dauda made his submission to that panel, but when the President, saw the report, he said no, the white paper will not be issued on this report, because it may result in crises, so the white paper was not issued, to date. Professor Dauda became Muslim in 1966 after he came back from Rome, where he went to further his studies, in Christian Theology. He is still alive and has become a Muslim preacher for over 40 years. What I quoted above was from the lecture I attended in Bauchi, in 2002. +++++++++++++++­+++++++++++++++­+++++++++++++++­+++++++++++++++­+ -Ever since, no any Christian scholar or CAN executive denied this statement from Prof. Dauda. Are they waiting for his death before they deny it? -Security operatives that always claim they want uproot the Boko Haram mayhem did not investigate in that angle, why? -Why is the relationship between Jerry Gana (CAN chieftain) and Muhammad Yusuf, founder of Bokoharam? The former has bailed the latter from police custody several times. -I see a double standard approach and hypocrisy by the security personnel, in the investigation. -I began to believe Boko Haram is the creation of some enemies of Islam possibly CAN (not Christian), is never a creation of Muslims. -Remember, Hillary Clinton once said the Taliban is their creation, to fight Russians.
