Bro, in my case there is only properties and help is showing. Other options are faded and cant accessible. So what will i do bro pls 🙏 reply. Besides this is only 4 days old from i received it in previous week. And this is worked in my cell also via OTG. And i transfer some files, videos and it works fine, videos are also played smoothly. And it also detected in other system but in my system its not showing up in "THIS PC" MY COMPUTER. In addition to it says READ ONLY. So please🙏🙏 review this.

in my disk management, only disk 0 is shown and no 1st or second disk is reflected. Below that on CD ROM 0 AND DVD F IS SHOWN. In such situation how to locate disk 2 HDD EXTERNAL. When connected to Laptop it reads/locates the HDD CONTENTS. WHAT SHOULD BE DONE?
