I have questions about DNS Resolving.. The ip address that is stored against domain in DNS record, is that ip of server's ip address where domain is pointed??? Or a domain have it's own ip address also??? And alos please make a video on setting up domain's nameservers
Good question. Actually, the IP of the DNS resolver is known with the requesting host. The resolver then does recursive lookups on the nameservers until it reaches the authoritative nameserver of the domain, whose IP is given by its parent nameserver, which you can sometimes call a TLD server. The final record which contains the IP of the given domain is present in the A record, it doesn't contain the IP of the DNS nameserver. I hope this clears your doubt :-)
