I'm going to be honest here gents - this advice is not that good. Thing should be said like " hit the gym, lose weight, do facial exercises" but you're not hearing any of those advice points.
Sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy it. Self-care (health, gym, taking care of one’s self) is the advice I give over and over and over again.
