HINIPAAN beach is a part of Lamon Bay, infront of caringo island, Apuao Grande island etc. Few people visit the place because it is far from the town proper of Basud, Camarines Norte you need a service vehicles if you want to come here, perhaps there is a passenger jeep but you must know the trip schedule.
