I'm starting to throw a Sneaky Pete in the bass color. I bought it because it's supposed to work well in current. It's great to see those huge followers. I know I'm going to get bit eventually.
Hey, here is a tip that works for me. I fish large topwater plugs on Tellico for walleye, smallmouth and stripers at night. Got tired of loosing fish. Try this. You will need 1 2/0 khale hook, snap clip and Heat shrink tube. Put the hook on the snap, cut a piece of heat shrink to fit over the tie end and snap. Melt that down snug and then take that and pop it onto your front or trailing hook. I use on the trailing hook. Most fish that don’t grab a treble get the khale hook in the throat.
bro that hinkle trout paint job looks amazing very realistic an bro id put some quads on that baby or try those Drt shark hooks. I love em i been using em for all my Drt's lures an when they hit the lure they just get stuck with barely any effort compared to other hooks I've tried.
it was a great paint job and on our reservoirs they SMASH perch but I just think they act like crackheads with trout! I also think the hinkle profile is a little massive for a perch they would eat. But what do I know lol!
