Hi Jim this recital was in Buenos Aires, Argentina. For 3 night in a row there were 60000 people in eich night. I would like you to keep reacting to more videos of this recital. Greeting from Argentina
@Javi Celedon es de los tres recitales... eran 80mil personas por recital... algunos fans compraron entradas para ir a los tres recitales... otros viajaron miles de kilómetros para ir una noche
Jim, Welcome to the world of AC/DC. They are one of the best rock bands ever. Angus Young is lead guitar and Malcolm Young lays down that rhythm guitar. They're brothers and formed the band in 1973. Malcolm passed away not long ago. I hear they are going to tour in 2020 but nothing released yet. You gotta listen to this entire concert to understand how good they are. Now for something else you gotta listen to is Grand Funk Railroad in 1969 doing "Inside Looking Out". We had great music back then.
I saw AC/DC when I was 16 back in 1986. I was sore for three days I Rock so hard. I’ve seen them a few times over the years. They’re awesome every time. You should definitely do more of them. I subscribe today.❤️⚡️⚡️⚡️Thunderstruck from the same show is great.
Angus Young is the guitar player. He is a legend. AC/DC has been rockin since the late 70's. And yes they are still rollin. AC/DC album Back in Black is the highest selling album in history. More than Elvis, more than David Bowie, more than any of the feeble band imitators of today. Nirvana, Lincoln Park, Green Day, Metallica, Guns N Roses. Take your pick, AC/DC will slay them all. And the funny part they will admit it.
I saw them in 1980 for Back In Black ...I'm pushing 60 today and these guys will ALWAYS be better than any autotune crap that's made today. Don't ever underestimate us older guys...besides hopefully you will be here one day too.... Now we're gonna go on kick sum more assss
it's stadion RIVER PLATE one off the best soccer teams in the whole world....for me the best rock concert in history.. DOWN UNDER Argentina and Australia !!!
Hi Jim! There's 70,ooo plus people there! Please do more ACDC...Shook Me All Night Long and Highway to Hell at River Plate. That is the highway that you see there running through the crowd. This concert is indeed lit AF! AC DC (around since 1975 if I recall correctly)! Badass band. Angus Young wears the shorts (usually has the whole school uniform because he was told at school that he would never amount to anything!) What a way to shove it in their faces, eh?! LOL
That was just over seventy thousand. They did that three nights in a row for just over two hundred thousand. Angus the lead guitarist was fifty five here. Others were a bit older.
I hate to say it, but I think AC/DC are now finished. Angus will be 65 years old this month. The lead singer is a good few years older, and it shows. All that can be said is that a good time was had by all, and that we have good videos of them at their prime.
@@mikeyaureliush9017 www.nme.com/news/music/ac-dcs-new-album-features-surprises-from-malcolm-young-2615798 there was another post around a month ago but i cant find it but anyways Ozzy was having dinner with Brian and he confirmed it himself that they were making a album witch is due to come out anytime this year and were planning to tour :)
SUPER REACTION ! RIVER PLATE IS A SOCCER STADIUM IN ARGENTINA! SOUTH AMERICAN PEOPLES ARE FUCKING HOT FOR SURE, BUT, AT THAT TIME, AC DC WERE ALREADY OLD! LOOK AT THE 1991 LIVE AT DONNINGTON PERFORMANCE! THAT'S GOING TO BLOW YOUR MIND! PEACE FROM FRANCE 😂✌️👍🇫🇷
Not to be negative “ Brian Johnson is a good performer” But this song was Bon Scott’s “ ( off let there be rock album) Along with jailbreaking dirty deeds many others that you have been reacting to”
Shown here are the members: Brian Johnson - lead singer since 1980, now age 72. He replaced the first lead singer, Bon Scott who died in 1980 (age 34) Angus Young (blue shorts & no shirt)- lead guitar, now age 65 - considered one of the best guitarist in the world. He is the younger brother to... Malcolm Young (black tank top) - rhythm guitar, retired in 2014 (due to health issues) & was replaced by his nephew, Stevie Young. *Malcolm died in 2017 at age 64 Cliff Williams (white hair & grey shirt) - bass guitar, retired from AC/DC in 2016 & now age 70 Phil Rudd - drums (1975-1983 & 1994-2014) now age 65, replaced by Chris Slade in 2014
@@twist2723 Very interesting fact. I did not know that Brian was a racecar driver. If anyone out there reads this and knows what kind of cars he races please reply and inform me.
AC/DC played 3 straight nights at River Plate in Dec 2009 to a total of 220,000+ ppl so that’s 73,000+ a night!!!!! Brian Johnson was 63, Angus Young was 55 and the rest of the boys were in their 50’s!!! Legendary is all I can say. These Argentina fans are the best on the planet and they appreciate good hard driving rock and roll. Just look at all the different ages in the crowd. It transcends generations. Unbelievable!! So says Austin Tx!!!!! 🤣🤣🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸😍😍😍🥳🥳😎😎
there is a new album coming this year so they will probably be touring end of the year or next year since they seem to go on tour when they make a new album, they also in their late 60s - 70s now
The album is not confirmed yet. However Dee Snider is good friends with Brian Johnson and he seems confident that they are recording and releasing an album this year. That is if Covid-19 allows for it now
Guitarist Malcom Young died a couple of years ago. The drummer is in trouble with the law last I heard. Lead singer Brian Johnson was booted off the band because his hearing was shot. Bass player left the band. Angus Young, lead guitarist... He's still a formal member, but who knows if he's gonna rock again.
19 stone is about 266 pounds. Bon Scott (original front man) wrote this song after spending the night with her lol. Bon Scot died in 1980, Malcom died a few years ago, Angus is crippled up with arthritis from all years of duckwalking. Brian Johnson had to semi retire due to deafness but he had cocular implants and they seem to be working so he is back with the band. They were planning to do what it probably their last world tour starting this summer of 2020 but that stopped due to the pandemic. We shall see if they reschedule it,
Your comment halfway through about flashing on the band, I went to see a tribute band recently to AC/DC from the Bon Scott years ! They made me feel like a teenager again ! I met a lady there and we were both upfront flashing at the end of the night I couldn’t believe it ! It still happens
Bon Scott wrote this song for a woman name Rosemarie, she was an overweight groupie, he had sex with her a few times, and she brought a friend for the guitarist call mom, Angus Young, and he slipped out the back door lol!
The part Brian belts out at the start are Rosie's dimensions. She was a big women who Bon banged one drunken night. Bon was the previous Singer who we all as fans lost too soon.
Yes! They are still rockin like this! They just released a new album called PowerUp, which i think is their best one yet! It is a tribute album to Malcom Young RIP. Brian Young the singer got his hearing fixed and now sings like he did when he was in his 20s! Check it out! The whole album is posted on the reactions!
Well into their 50s here and still going strong Dude, since 1973. As frenetic as this was they have many, many videos spread over 40+ years of hard core R&R. Angus is a pure guitar demon onstage yet a quiet reserved family man offstage.
ARE THEY STILL PERFORMING TODAY ???????????????????????????????????? Only the biggest and best band in history sunshine - please research before you comment - unbelievable comment
this concert was held over 3 nights in 2009, not 2019 as you mentioned at the 4:55 mark. As for the topless women, this wasn't in the USA. Many countries have laws against public displays of nudity or it is just socially not acceptable to engage in such behaviors when out in public view. It may be due to religious views or type of leadership of that particular country or region. River Plate Stadium is in Buenos Aires, Argentina & it holds just over 60,000 people. All 3 nights were sold out & the estimated total of attendees was 180,000+ people. This was the first time AC/DC had been back to Argentina in over 10 + years. I bought this DVD for my husband last year. He's been an AC/DC fan since he was a young teenager (he's 55 now). He said this is one of the best filmed concerts he's ever watched. Every song on here is great & the crowd energy is incredible. My favorites were this song, Hells Bells, The Jack, & Thunderstruck... oh and Highway to Hell :-)
Not from the same concert, but you would throughly enjoy High Voltage (Rock & Roll) live from Donington 1991. Angus is in rare form and puts on one hell of a show. Epic video. You won't be disappointed
Excellent reaction! Thank you! Request please, if you want to see a huge crowd and unbelievable guitar solo react to Metallica Enter Sandman Live Russia 1991. Is it lit? HA! It. Will. Blow. Your. Mind.
