Everytime Doom comes in my playlist I have the urge to kiss my Doom ring, this man said and did so much for hip hop and for me while being in his metaphorical pijamas of life, on his own space.. it's insane how you can be talented to the point that your spoken word talks into you instead of talking to you. RIP Doom, I'll always remember how I found you at 12 by accident, props Knox for showing people talent is not about numbers nor fame, you a real one.

Doom is dope.....i like aesop rock better...but almost nobody will react to him because you hafta be dumb smart to follow how he raps....ive asked knox mad timesto react to him cuz knox does the most detailed breakdowns ...but im too poor to be a patreon so it doesnt happen...but aesop rock is a rapper for rappers..and hard core rap fans....his replay ability is crazy.....even knox isnt gona get a full aesop song first go 100% ...and thats saying something cuz knox is the best ive seen at a real break down...not to take away from doom...he's in that same kinda lane....i just like aesop rock a lot more....of i had to pick a song to do it wouldnt be the ones other people have reacted to...people are followers and they react to what other people react to ..and that doesnt always mean thats the best ...pick anything that doesnt have a reaction to ...all his stuff is dope but sometimes when introduced to an artist the 1st sone is kinda importiant cuz it sets the tempo as it were....but having artists like doom on the channel is going in the right direction...one song and knox would be hooked...id put money on that knowing what ive seen from him....

Just do a all Doom series for the love. Don’t worry about views and really take your time with each song. Pause as much as you want/can, replay the song as much as you need to really explain everything he’s doing. I don’t care is the videos would be over an hour, the man deserves it!
Madvillainy is one of the greatest things my ears have ever heard, MF DOOM and Madlib did something truly incredible. (Also 12:01 please do an Aesop Rock breakdown in the future). P.s. For other DOOM songs maybe you could do All Caps, Rapp Snitch Knishes, Doomsday, or Acordeon.

Man i remember stumbling on MF DOOM for the first time as King Geedorah. It was one of the Underground Hip-hop for Dummies mixes some guy put together on their blog, and I heard Fazers and immediately had to go listen to all of Take Me To Your Leader. Like one of the other posters here, DOOM and Aesop Rock are some of my all time favorites along with Del The Funky Homosapien. Rest in Peace DOOM.
I had another interpretation of the lines _Everything that glitters ain't fish scale/Lemme think don't let her faint get Ishmael_ I took it as a Moby Dick reference. _Everything that glitters ain't fish scale_ meaning pure cocaine and Moby Dick was a huge white whale/brick of cocaine. Also whales are mammals so they do not have scales which is the literal translation. Or it could mean everything that glitters isn't pure. Moby Dick was one of the first pieces of media to portray the color white as evil (the good guys always wore white hats etc.) _Lemme think, don't let her faint, get Ishmael"_ After Ahab finally killed Moby Dick, Ishmael was the only one of the crew to survive.
