GREAT TRAINING for all covered entities :-) What are your thoughts about Employment Drug Testing vs HIPAA?

Question: Does the HIPAA Privacy Rule permit hospitals and other health care facilities to provide general information about the size of the rooms and if pictures are permitted on the walls?

As an employee can the employer violate my PHI information

Do patience's have a right to know what medical "tools or instrument ,laser light treatment " HIIPPA

I have a serious question yes my question is if you feel like a doctor in a pain specialist is targeting you and you know darn well that nothing is in your urine and you that you're free of drugs alcohol and all of that and she comes back in and gives a result which does not make no sense whatsoever because my pain specialist before he got sick and went in the hospital so therefore I can't continue to go with him he was the best I never had no problems with him whatsoever and I know this has to do with the office and and I want to know what can I do about it and I also want to know that so since I felt like she was targeting me what I did was I had my granddaughter take a urine test and she came back 93% methamphetamine and oxycontin and some other kind of different three or four different drugs which is ridiculous and I know that to be a lie and I just look at the lady and I thought to myself you got to be joking is there anything that I can do about this

Hipaa has no teeth.
