I remember signing up on some list to go to dunajam a very long time ago. It’s been so long I had forgotten until this popped up on my RU-vid feed this morning. Still hoping to someday go to that show, but fear I may be sixty or seventy before I’m on the short list.

Dang thats a real sandy punch in the face in a good way. It kinda knocked my socks off, and my socks are on pretty damn tight let me tell ya. The band played so tight, drums were smackin hard, the bass was monstrous and the lead was superb, voice bit flat, may have been bad mix or some other issue, may have sounded better in person.

I could be wrong, but I don’t think these kinds of events happen in the United States on beaches unfortunately. Too many regular folk would be up in arms about it, and the city would shut it down without proper permits and such. Really kills the spontaneity and artistic freedom of these kinds of things. I would love to go to one of these though, saw the guitarist of the band Elder has a side project where he plays at these.
