Nice review of hippocampus. One technical suggestion: please make the spiking audio quieter! I can't hear the speaker so well when that was playing. Also, one scientific counter-point: I think place field activity during darkness is not truly "sensory blind" and solely reliant on path integration since there is also hearing, somatosensation (including whisking), etc.
