Go for the knotty pine cottage, that lake looks like it will be much quieter in the summer and the property is beautiful.

That dog spider is small compared to Australian spiders, huntmen can be 8" across, they're not poisonous and are common in homes.

We have wolf spiders in Georgia that would eat that one for a snack… the one I saw wouldn’t have fit on my open hand and she was covered with a couple of hundred babies…. lol 😂

The reason the tub in the knotty pine house was raised was that the plumbing was under it, above floor level. Not sure why the shower head is so low.

Please stay in the city its perfect for you!! Silly man is extremely confused.....wants a lake cottage then is upset because its a lake cottage just like he asked for! He is hysterical he doesn't want a cottage and he doesn't realize he doesn't want a cottage!! He wants an extremely expensive property that's not in his cottage budget$$ The wife could handle a cottage but not him🤭
