BTW, for a good protein coffee I make my regular coffee and I put my premier protein shake into it. I use the pre-made ones and they are low carb and low fat but high protein and taste great. I add no extra sugar and I like the chocolate ones but they have vanilla and even a coffee one

Chain pharmacies often times don’t have control over what they are allowed to keep in stock as far as certain brands go, definitely see if where you’re going to keep your prescription if you can get put on auto-refill and text alerts. Keep in mind pharmacies are severely understaffed and there might be several things ahead of your request they have to do.

As a medical professional. Oil pulling is actually worse for you. It's ok to rinse with coconut oil because it's anti bacterial and anti fungal but it will actually dry you out. I genuinely don’t understand why every podcast I watch with your group of friends (good influences, unfiltered, etc) there is always a mention of animal abuse.
