Imagine going to a trade school, getting into a 4 year apprenticeship and finally being able to work on your own, and this is your first work order ever
Most call out jobs that electrical companies do that aren't union are like this. It usually involves just turning on a switch in the back of their garage and boom 200 bucks.
That's like trying to explain something to most women. Which is why I no longer fix computers for women ... 3 months down the road "Well you were the last one to touch it and now I've got all of these virii on here, so it must have been something you did" 😄🤣
Man I am so curious what these repair people are thinking in these situations lmao. They have to think you have some kind of mental problem and they want to be nice
Haha yeah then when it was all working and he had the remote in the wall the electrician was like yeah its all sorted and then seen it was in the wall he was so disappointed
“I just didn’t wanna leave you. I felt bad, like none of this dudes games are workin.” Says everything I need to know! Dude’s got some serious empathy and wasn’t about to leave him hangin without some games to play. Obviously there’s a bit of shock, but he wasn’t about to let that get in the way of helpin Ross out.
because you have no idea if Ross is actually a mentally challenged person... (he might be slightly lol). So helping out just in case it isn't a prank is the moral and right thing to do. I would do the same whether it was real or not.
The Electrician was such a nice guy. He genuinely thought Ross was simple and was so patient and friendly. Even said he was an awesome dude to make him feel better
When Ross plugged the USB back into the wall, I couldn't help but to notice that electricians "Oh nooo!" sounded so sincere, and full of concern. Lol he deserves a medal
THIS COMMENT HERE. I FEEL LIKE WHATEVER COMPANY THIS GUY WORKS FOR NEEDS TO KNOW THE QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS GUY IS OFFERING. POOR SOUL HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS GETTING INTO WHEN HE WENT IN ROSS'S HOUSE. LMFAOO GOOD ONE
This would be against electrical code and a fire hazard to cover any junction box with drywall or plaster, or hide an outlet.. Unless he installed it and had it removed immediately after the prank.
Believe it or not we have to deal we people that don’t have any idea how electrical stuff works, this is why that electrician was like that, he probably couldn’t believe it but knew was possible.
I swear I just saw a comment proving that they messed up by staging that scene and hiring someone that's also in another video to be the electrician for this video. They must have deleted it to hide the evidance funny either way no need to delete it.
@@devilliar3786 Late reply but there’s no camera man, it’s a device that automatically tracks a subject and can zoom the lenses and whatnot. If you look really closely you can see the cameras automatically tracking Ross, notice also the robotic smoothness in the movement the camera presents
ask employees to wash your hands because the sign in the bathroom says “employees must wash hands” also pay less than the total amount at stores and tell the cashiers to keep the change
Pretty sure they did this one. They called the restaurant from the bathroom and convinced the manager to come in after they talked to him a bit beforehand. It was years ago though, maybe even on his other channel.
HELLO!!! I want to spend time with celebrities. Just kidding. GAGAGAGAGA! I only want to spend time with my two girlfriends and record RU-vid videos for with the 3 of us. OH YEAH. Don't hate me for living the best life, dear zao
he did a poll about this on twitter a couple weeks ago, the poll was either elliot back in my day talk haircut with a wig and then 2 other options. as you can clearly see, the haircut with wig won the poll. he might still do it, but he already has the idea to do it, so you can now stop spamming this in every comment section because its annoying and is doing nothing.
@@854XTOY it did come out. When she fell, right before they cut, you can see they blurred it out. I knew that was way too much underboob for that tiny top to restrain while she was running.
Yeah, he's not trying to "game" the system and do sleezy tricks to maximize views. He's just making authentic content and that's why his audience loves him so much.
Me preants when I tell them the reason the tv keeps turning off is because its overheating because its freaking suffocating, why put curtain right against the back of the tv!???
You need to send that part to the electricians boss if he’s not the owner himself and show them what an amazing worker they have representing their company
Agreed, but with caution in these times. He may work for a company with a no tolerance, "wear your mask in others' homes" policy. Ross may have told him he could take it off, but the company might use it against him. Also, Ross mentions a tip. Most likely that isn't an issue, but there are some places that do not allow tips. All that said, I would love to have that man working for me based on this video. Super patient and non judgmental.
@@delhenry8087 yeah you’re definitely right there, can never be too careful in times like these, if he did get in trouble for it tho I’m sure there will be many many many companies out there that will hire him 👍🏿
While you’re in line at checkout at stores say “oh my god I almost forgot to take my medication” and just pull a handful of wet beans out of your pocket and eat them one at a time.
Here are some ideas I’ve thought up:) Order “the usual” at restaurants where you’ve never been Order vegetarian items at a restaurant with no bones Ask people to use YOUR phone real quick Pretend Elliot is famous and have guards make sure people stay away from him Take pictures of people in the store and put a wanted sign by the exit with their face on it... make sure it’s noticeable to get their reaction. A popular idea: Sneak Elliot into shopping carts Be in front of people in line with full shopping carts while you have one item- then ask them if they want to go in front Go to restaurants and sell food to the employees Pretend like you live in a room at IKEA Go to a car show and tell people false stats about cars Vacuum up sand at the beach (fill up the vacuum and empty it out) Put up garage sale signs with other people’s address on them and watch people show up to their house Ringing doorbells and holding the door shut Try to buy clothes at a laundromat Everyone in the elevator starts singing at once Tell someone a joke, say you forgot the joke and have them tel you it again, and start cracking up Go to an (practically) empty parking lot and pull up next to people and ask if they’re leaving Ask people who are already pulling out of Peking spots if they’re leaving Ask drive through people if they speak spanish then start speaking english
Imagine walking into a house and there’s a bunch of holes in the walls and he’s like: Yea I couldn’t find the outlets and now everything’s not working.
i love how Ross is the only youtuber that puts time stamps in all of his videos so you can skip through it yet he’s the only youtuber who’s videos i will never slip through.
Imagine going to trade school, spending a few years as an apprentice, finally getting your journeyman license, getting your own work truck/van, and heading out on your first service call. Just to deal with some guy who can't plug in his Playstation.
That's not an electrician. There was no trade school involved. That is an appliance setup technician who does exactly what you saw him do in the video. Setup people's tv's, computers, and stereos.
I was laughing so hard when Ross was confidently plugging into every random place and changing the progress the electrician made. I am a caregiver for Alzheimer's patients and this is the scenario I have Every day with them 😂
Just showed my grandma your videos and you had her cracking up!! She’s been in a tough never ending battle with cancer so to get those laughs out of her mean a lot.
@@stealthcrustyy9487 just now seeing this but thank you so much! She sadly passed on the 13th of May ;( but I know she’s in the right place :) thank you for the best wishes tho
Next prank- Walking up to someone who is sleeping on the beach or elsewhere with a whole film crew, reflectors, studio lighting, director’s chair, actors and mics. Then waking them up by screaming action and slapping the clapping board and feeding them lines from a script
Hire an electrician for a broken outlet, except the wires you're plugging into the wall are fake and the real wires go into another room where someone else can plug and unplug them. When the outlet doesn't work, plug it into the drywall and have the person in the other room plug in the real wire so it looks like plugging it into the drywall actually worked.
