@@BritBrat same here. They were taking my loads from me and giving it to other drivers, told me I would get break down pay, but that was a lie and my breakdown (windshield repair) had me out of work for six days which put me in the hole for a month. So I just left.
Thats not alot, because,of Taxes not yet deducted, and a percentage put away every week for the truck.Yes,a company might pay the breakdowns, then charge you every week til the repair bills are payed. You could end up paying more when someone else assumes the responsibility financialy for your repairs. Its good to fully examine your lease contract before you sign.
Wats up Brit. I used to drive for hirschbach as a lease purchase driver. I was there 5 years off and on. My last year was 2018, have to leave due to family illness. My dispatcher was Katie Erner, she'll tell you about me. Stay safe out there.
I saw a lot of Dayton OH I'm from there getting CDLs so I can get on the road I have experience jus have to get my license legit and thank you for the info
I been trying to hit you up to talk about my soon to be entry at hirshbach as a lease owner operator... but I havnt got a response..... wanted to ask you a few questions
That’s good for 2 days I drive 5 days a week locally off weekends and I gross just a tad bit under your bring home & that’s with overtime after 40 hrs I been thinking about doing a lease myself just kinda nervous about the business side of it cause I never dealt with taxes etc
How much they pay the mile. I've seen different videos of different people talking about things that seem unreal. It's like a dream come true. how many miles do you do a week?
Hirschbach is a self insured company which means cheap labor and not paying drivers, contractors and outside carriers when something happens. They rip off people . Drivers, Don't let yourself be their cheap labor! When you look for a cdl job, ask around ! Hirschbach is a bad solution for drivers. To all drivers who still drive for them: Record everything for a case tomorrow!
@@BritBrat you jumped on in. Scared money don't make money. I'm only 2 months in. I'm tryna learn this trucking game. I commend you for taking that step. Take care of yourself. Keep on Trucking💯💯
