This is Philly. Most black men in Philly/upper east coast are Muslim and grow their beards out for religious purposes. Even if they aren’t Muslim, beards are part of the culture.

That beard definitely should have been trimmed and shaped up a bit. I get he wanted to be wild looking but it was borderline straggly looking.And then to top it all off beard getting sprayed too, I guess the spray is just out there imoo🤐
