Everyone NEEDS to floss as well as brush. If you think you don't need to floss, floss your teeth and then smell the piece of floss. I can promise you that you will never skip flossing again. Also, tonsil stones can cause extremely bad breath! Also, brushing your tongue and your gums, not just your teeth, will help immensely with bad breath. A good rule of thumb is to brush every time you eat to clear away the bacteria caught in your teeth and on your tongue (ie garbage) and rinse frequently. Oral Bacteria regenerates every 20 minutes whether you eat or not.

I've been on Wegovy for almost 4 months now. Before, I was ALWAYS hungry. Now, I have to force myself to eat. Just the idea of food makes my stomach hurt. I will say, it's ruined my social life lol. I can't and don't want to go out to eat and drink, which was my main way of hanging with friends. I have to develop real interests now. I also have to figure out how to cope with stuff outside of putting things in my mouth lmaooo This prolly didn't sell it, but I'm super grateful I started this Rx. I'm finally able to get a real handle on my weight. I've been able to lose more than I've been able to in 10 years.

Some people have medical issues which can cause halitosis. When society realizes that food, environmental, and stress has a big role to play. We all are unhealthy, and your body will find a way to let you know. What we have been taught is to cover it up, but never get to the root of the problem.

Listen, you are definitely not alone with the oral hygiene obsession! Years ago when I was in college, I got the flu and developed anosmia (lost my sense of smell). But when it came back, it was weird. Things didn’t and still don’t smell the same, and I’d say my nose works at maybe 70%. That being said, I am PARANOID about my personal hygiene! As a plus sized woman, I be in the shower DEEP in these fat folds, scrubbing like a lunatic! 😂 It’s the same with my oral hygiene. When I’m not scrubbing the inside of my mouth or gargling with some sort of mouthwash or peroxide, you will most likely catch me with a floss pick in my mouth. My friends even call me Granny because I have three kinds of gum, mints, and different candies (Werther’s Originals, please stand up) inside my bag. I refuse to be in people’s faces with 🐉 😮💨!

When I went to get a cleaning the other day, my dental hygienist told me you’ll be shocked at the amount of people she has to educate to actually scrub their tongue. A lot of people don’t do it. I think that’s where it’s coming from. 😩
This is so true, but what about the people in the US that can't afford to even go to a dentist? Some don't even have medical access. I really try not to judge, you never know what is going on in individuals lives.
A dentist has to show you to clean your tongue? How about people in other countries that never see a dentist a day in their lives and have great oral hygiene? Girl I had the same problem with the Adidas Gazelle Bold! I had to peel out the insole, cut around the arch support, then slip it back inside the shoe. Worked for me!! Gives a bit of extra room around the arch! 🙂🙂
The first look and makeup gives casual celeb vibes. Also, there are salt, suger and coffee scrubs if cloths are so beneath you.... even though you're supposed to wash the wash colth... like they use towels to dry with out exfoliating?

If you ever go back to Steak ‘n Shake get a Frisco melt. They’re so good! But it does depend on the location because sometimes the fries and burgers don’t hit like they should if they’re not cooked right.

Hi jem! Try getting at least 40g of protein in the morning, that helps a lot. I would also say you might not be eating enough. my thing with keeping myself thicc is having to cook so often so that's why I usually meal prep that way I have everything ready to go. But I understand not everyone likes meal preped food. But at least try the high protein breakfast
