Good work Russ. You attitude of high quality repairs means your grandchildren will be able to enjoy this cabin too. Next on to the other side! Slow and steady progress my friend.
Beautiful job guys. I can't wait to see it finished. I know your tired but it's the good kind of tired. The clean-up is always so much work too. But its looking good! It always seemed to rain on my husband and I during roof jobs!!
I can't remember. Did the cabin have a front porch on it originally? Yes Russ a good wasp killer you came up with. Just don't burn down the cabin, it has all of your blood, sweat and tears in it. Geez you are such a brave soul, getting on that old roof with all of your little wasp friends.
burning wood preserves it longer after its cut. its a japanese technique, i forget the name lol. but i've seen cabin builders do it often in wetter climates.
Hi I'm not a sub but I'm concerned about the rain here in Canada. We have been hearing about a machine called cern I don't know much about this but governments are messing with our weather it looks.
