The way Johnny feels about the temple is exactly how I feel about music. Music is very therapeutic. Music helps you to process your emotions. Often, I have a tendency to push my emotions away. Mainly the unpleasant ones. Because I set such a high, unrealistic expectation for myself to be happy every single day of my life, and to never feel sad, or have a bad day or feel dissed regulated. I find that music helps me to communicate those emotions, to help regulate those emotions, and to even deal with them. Meditation is also a good practice. You can meditate anywhere.

Heyy here to respond!!! So in the LDS Church we get baptized when we turn eight. What you saw was baptism of the dead so for people who died before they were able to get baptized we do it for them. And people at 8 are in the church building but for baptism of the dead you go in the temple. You need a temple recommend which is a card that says you are worthy to go. You need to be turning 12 that year or older to get your temple recommended that’s why canyon couldn’t go because he is not old enough.
