At 2 a.m., we received a phone call asking for help. A man sent us a picture of an abandoned puppy. While taking out the trash, he found the puppy lying in the trash. The poor dog was only about 4 months old, his whole body was covered in mud and smelled bad. The puppy was almost exhausted and his four legs could not move. One of the puppy's eyes was injured and could not see. It tried to get up to escape the trash can but couldn't...
