Loving the Ren reactions, I learned about your channel from another Renegade. Enjoy discovering Ren, you'll never find another artist like him. And yes, he does seem to have Zero qualms about shooting videos in public spaces, oh you'll have so much fun on this journey!
Watch Knox Hill's Ren interview... Ren has Lyme Disease, auto immune problems. The goat himself gets IV drops like all the time and take about 50 pills a day! The fact he does all of that and still does this music is crazy!!! Crutch ft bibi is a beautiful song. The song suicide and for joe is very personal.
Do it however you want bro it's your channel. People will watch even if it isn't exactly how they want it. I love Ren. I'm a renegade. And I like it no matter how you do it. In fact, it's been awesome watching how different people go down the Ren rabbit hole
The "ohninininononono" sound was a throwback to 90's drum and bass, trance and dance music that was doing the rounds in the UK. A mix of various cultural influences from Jamaican/Caribbean to Asian/Indian...it had a vibe all of it's own
This is filmed in his home city of Brighton, he has been a street performer for years there so virtually everyone knows who he is so they just let him do his thing. I cannot wait for you to get to tracks like Love Music Part 3, Life is Funny, Loco, Wicked Ways, Ocean, Sick Boi. Murderer...oh there are so many more!
Now you're in the rabbithole you'll find bits of Ren's songs get stuck in your head a lot. I've walked down the road with my dog singing the na, ni, ni, ni, no, no, no, no, noom ni, ni before today
Regarding the "stage fright", when you see how used he is to perform in the streets, "busking" by himself and the guitar, bass, or with a band, you'll understand!😊
If you are interested in Ren singing try his new one Back in 74 /message in a bottle ❤🎉 I think Ren had to develop confidence doing things in the streets because they had no money for sets , by the time they got to shoot Murderer the Brighton public didn't tun a hair with Ren kidnapping someone in the street and putting them into the boot of a car . Ren had a busking band called The Big Push who played on the streets of Brighton so I think he was well known to the people there, Some of their performances are on Utube . Thanks for a great reaction
I would def jump on new stuff when they come in. You'll probably get more views when they're fresh. I would do his latest now, Back on 74/Message in a Bottle. Is his take on 2 existing songs and an original verse in the middle. A week from today he'll be dropping a new Nas retake. Definitely jump on that. On side note, Ren's lyme disease caused him extreme physical pain which led a lot of it to his depression and etc.
Ren is the goat and like %95 of his videos are 1 takes and live!!! He adopts to any room or space it's crazy!! Also ren makes his own beats, produce, and is self taught in basically all instruments lol
It's cool took me 10 second to register...but it's cool 😂..blame it on the ren effect...you'll be forgiven lol😂 keep it real 🎉 looking forward for next reaction
Ren has done the public busking since he was 17 to survive, so he is comfortable doing this on the street. He makes his own beats and yhe na na is his voice distorted. And it gets stuck in my head too. If you do the acoustic version, you will get it live. Do the new one Back on 74/Message in a Bottle. He stitches 2 song together with some rap...best if both worlds!
Ren went years misdiagnosed with depression bi polar chronic fatigue syndrome he had a recording deal with Sony in 2010 why working on his album he got sick and couldn't finish it so they parted ways he moved back to Wales he would get so sick that he became bedridden for up 23 hours a day the meds they had him on caused him to have psychosis he got PTSD it would take years before he would get the right diagnosis he has Lyme disease he won't so long misdiagnosed that he has Brain damage Organ damage Joint damage he has had 2 stem cell transplants done he in Canada right now getting treatment he has to have IV 5 days a week they put this thing on his head that help open path ways in his brain the he can only eat few kinds of beef and few Vegetables because the autoimmune causes his body to have allergic reaction to just about everything he eats Ren had the number 1 album in UK in October of last year his first album is called freckled angels Ren play guitar drums piano bass sings and can rap produces mixes his own beats beatboxes this was a live one take they had 4 camera set up recording to get this one take Ren does a lot of his music live and in one take
Honestly, you should probably jump into the new stuff when it's released, because if you wait until you get through his back catalog (even doing a few reactions a week) it'll be months and months if not a year+ before you catch up, and by then he's going to have a whole new album dropped and you're going to be behind again. 🤣 (Assuming you'd be doing his band stuff and busking vids and collaborations as well.)
That said, 100% pick whatever music makes you happiest or you think is most interesting! I think for most Renegades that watch reactors, it's all about revisiting the songs through another person's experiences and there's not really a "wrong" answer. Except the suspenders. Always choose the red suspenders version first. 😊
It is so odd to watch someone hear "that chorus" and think it's funny, instead of immediately thinking back to Jay-Z's, "It's a Hard Knock Life". The child voice from Annie...just kinda reminds me of that. Just thinking back to hearing a child singing in the chorus 😊 but that's Ren's voice just modified instead, but that's what I think of.
@@DaProlifik1 Hey! My comment was tongue in cheek and delivered in good humour as indicated by the laughing emojis. I think @ChrisCobra understood that too.
