I have the UK version 55" and it is an amazing TV. The IMAX enhanced feature with the sub woofer at the back of the TV provides Cinema like quality. My XBOX series X in 120hz gaming is visually stunning. Colours in HD and 4K are amazing. There are so many sound and picture settings which can be adjusted. There are LG TVs being sold for £1000+ which are 60hz and do not even have Dolby Vision! For less than £800 you are getting a TV with high end specs which would otherwise cost £1300+ Highly recommend this TV.
Hi can you do me a huge favour? Can you put a white screen on the TV and look around the edges of the panel, I've a dark like yellowish Edge (same size) around the whole panel while viewing white or light grey. Just wanting to know if it's normal before I look into changing it.
@@RyanJ7Hi, I just checked the TV with a white screen. I checked it with all the picture mode settings and I am not getting any yellow edges. Having said that, there is a newer Hisense 2023 model 55U7KQTUK which if at all possible, you could get instead. I wish I waited! I saw it on Amazon 55inch for £699 which is less than this TV. The price has gone up to £799 but only £50 more than what I got this model for.
Thanks for this - I wasn't aware there was a UK & US version and was really considering the U8H over a G2/C3 because of the (US) reviews! I've got the budget for a G2/C3 but felt that would be getting a better deal with this one - however the blooming and dimming zones I think will be a deal breaker for me on the UK one.
I wonder if this will work on older Hisense models? Maybe a software update... one can dream! I think the mediatek tech collaboration with this one is a great one!!
