Thank you a lot, a question, does the minor glands have the same caracteristics shown on major glands with acini and duct system, or an other specific configuration.
The main difference between the two is their size. Otherwise rest of the features(presence of ducts and acini) are almost the same. The secretions of minor glands are mainly mucous with some of the glands sharing a single excretory duct.
