You are right, the guitarist with the wig is Akira Takasaki. He is the guitarist of the band Loudness, one of the most important japanese metal bands. Their first album was released in 1981. And I still have Takasaki's first solo album from 1982 on vinyl and cd. I'm not a big fan of the 1980s and 1990s albums by Mari Hamada - too poppy for my taste or too repetive choruses (I really hate her big hit "Return to Myself"). But there are some really good rocking albums after 2000. And last two cds "Mission" (2016) and "Gracia" (2018) were really amazing. If you listen to streaming music you should check if they are available. At least they are on youtube. She has some of the best of the best playing in those albums and lets them play.
