Very beautiful , elegant ,palatial yet warm and cozy .. that's my style instead of homes designed so ultra-modern , cold and impersonal they look like science labs .
My house is 1500 or so square feet. My lot is just over 5000 square feet. Yet it takes me an hour to water all my trees. This place must spend at least 70,000 dollars to 100,000 dollars a month on upkeep.

That means the federal state should become the owner and each family should be allowed to spend here a couple of days. But good people; leaving the place in perfect order and harmony.
