Special thanks to Larry Cultrera for taking some earlier photos shown in this video. Owner Lou Antonio Vazquez he’s looking to sell this 1953 Deraffele Diner at 1933 Herr st Harrisburg. It was originally the By-pass Diner. Update: It was saved and moved across the street. Plans to get it open will begin in 2024. The diner is in two factory made pieces for moving. We have moved this exact Diner (front portion) from Pittsburgh to Irwin Pa six years ago, and we know what’s involved in making it happen. This diner is in infinitely better shape than ours was. I have met the new owner and hope to have updates as this progresses.
