Indeed, that's accurate. I've been in contact with a financial advisor who manages the entry and exit strategies for my portfolio, which started with an initial reserve of $80K and has since grown to around $550K.

There are many independent advisors to choose from. But I work with “Jessica Lee Horst" and we've been working together for almost four years and she's fantastic. You could pursue her if she meets your requirements. I agree with her.

Just ''buy the dip'' . In the long term it will payoff. High interest rates usually mean lower stock prices, however investors should be cautious of the bull run, its best you connect with a well-qualified adviser to meet your growth goals and avoid blunder.

Yeah, brokerage AdvisoRs could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of investors raking in 6 to 7 digits in a space of months. So, I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2020, and the least I returned was $140k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

And the government is licking its chops because when you sell, you’ve made money right? No, you haven’t made money, but it looks like it on paper so the government can squeeze some more dollars out of the taxpayer. Do you have two choices move every couple of years so you can avoid capital gains or you have to stay in rental units and do the exchange every time you sell one

I agree! He grew up with a father who was VERY successful (1600 doors!) and financially savvy, and taught him from his knee. Most people are not that fortunate. I don’t want a lecture from someone who can sell off a property for 1 or 2 million to buy their next vanity project. I have three young adult children who can’t afford to buy a house and it angers me to hear this guy talking about collecting properties to grow his already sizable wealth like it’s a game of monopoly when many young people will never be able to get out of a rental.

Yeah it’s currency debasement alright . If we had a real economy real estate shouod go up 2 percent a year . It’s a non productive asset . But nope we have had currency debasement on steroids last 25 years and few will own everything from land to assets . The currency fire 🔥 started real bad after the 911 call ☎ was made in 2001

What is slowly unraveling is income is going down and most people have no idea how expensive it is to maintain a home. Even if you still have your job, many companies are eliminating OT, sales are down and commission and bonuses are reduced, while maintaining a home has increased substantially from property taxes, insurance and maintenance. Even the easiest repair is $250-$350. If you own a home plan for maintenance costs to average at least $350 per month above and beyond your mortgage payment. Subprime FHA will loan up to 42% DTI and some people report it is as high as 48%. People with that high level of DTI will never be able to maintain the home especially during an economic downturn.

Correction is necessary to get back housing affordability, the market makes it, but regulations might be necessary to prevent speculation by big corporations that might decrease affordability to common people again in the coming years. Housing affordability is a key piece of the American Dream.

With the real estate taxes you never actually own anything, Your a glorified renter, And once you get your home paid off at the age of 60 years old in golden years, 1 hospital visit and suddenly you can’t pay your taxes, Here they come to take it.

Totally agree! I can not come up a head because I having playing by the rules. Now students loans they are less amount offer and higher interest rates. As a single parent it’s so difficult to send your kids to college when you do not make enough to pay for their school but too much to qualify for a comprehensive amount to afford.

@@djibber student loans is modern day slavery, they have just figured out a way to turn everyone into slaves by saddling them with debt, and when they are fresh 18,19,20 years old. That keeps them plugged into the American nightmare. With that degree you get, Ohhh lucky you…. You just moved your self into another tax bracket. The system is rigged in the house favor, On top of that your paying interest on the student loan, Fortunately I paid my student loans off, and every since looking back, I was an indentured servant to the government.

This time is different. There are to many safety nets for markets to crash. We will see minor corrections but highly doubt there will be a major crash. If you want to build wealth and retirement you need to be invested long-term in the financial markets. I have always stayed focused and never moved my money around in my 401k, annuitues, and IRAs. Me and my wife continue to put 17% into our 401ks while having a CFP manage our annuities and IRA. Doom porn is getting old. Been hearing it since 2007.

Economies and markets always recover and go higher long-term. This country has been through worse. Civil War, The Great Depression, WW1, WW2, Korea, Vietnam, 1970's hyperinflation, 1960's civil unrest, and many more travesties. Concentrate and invest in yourself. Pick a profession that is in demand and pays well such as computer science, computer engineering, IT, engineering, actuarial science, accounting, finance, veterinarian, doctor MD, nurse practioner, dentist, physical therapist, trades profession, and many more professions out there. These channels are nothing more than money makers and sales platforms. I don't watch much of this nonsense anymore.

The govt FHFA is preventing the loan delinquence rates and foreclosures from rising by subsidizing borrower payments with massive modifications and forebearances. They dont want prices to fall as a result of deliquencies as it pulls down other marginal loans and creates a self fullfilling waterfall affect of lower prices and more people walking away as equity disapates. FHA delinquencies are as high as 2009

All those credit lines , equity loans and 2nd and 3rd mortgages need to be paid back. All the assets , autos, boats that were bot with that loaned money are now losing 1/2 the value from when they were bot.

People keep talking about another recession but having lived through a number I think this is different. Many fundamental problems and much financial distress even before the stock market/property market/financial products/debt bubbles have fallen. Much change and human pain. If Dems get Presidency/Congress then I think much of USA will split from DC, Dem cities & E/W coasts.

For those who bought at the peak and those who were borrowing against their equity to pay bills are going to be affected. Also those institutional investors who are now trying to unload housing inventory oh and the air bnb owners who will no longer be able to pull in the profit margins they need to pay their mortgages and expenses

Houses in my area Myrtle Beach Sc are selling on average in 100 days, inventory ratio (is that how it’s said) is 4.2 months. I just don’t know if I should wait but as single mom these high bills (electric $600 a month!!!!) are killing me.

What’s your guest is having to have tenant and living in your own home but the problem is finding a reputable, responsible tenant. Don’t have to worry about payments or destroying the property.

@@popeye8843 it’s just part of the game. You loose some and you gain some. Regardless at least 50% goes to your pocket if you have fully paid off properties. So over all it’s a good investment. Just keep up with the maintenance. Consider that as your real job. ✌️

I agree w most of the stuff that were said but I think one needs to be aware of the geopolitical aspect when talking about the market. I can follow the price but the price is affected by the geopolitics. Gold has been going up and that has to do with purely geopolitics. Dollar will be affected majorly because we have neocons running our government who act like a two year olds and no nothing about economy and do not care about the people they r supposed to serve.

Don't know about this guy but I do know about Ken McElroy. He has over 10,000 doors. Last time he gave an update it was that 3% of people were behind with another 12% going from standard rent to a bi-monthly payment plan. Ken also said that he has not raised rents in 2 years. Even his new tenants are getting the old 2022 prices.

The Stock market is defiantly a glorified casino. The way it was originally intended to work was you would invest in a company and when it made money you made money especially if it was a startup or expanding business. But now we have stocks like Tesla that went way up in price on pure speculation and fan boys while the company was taking losses. Then we have people who have lost their bearings and values and just dont care as long as they make a few bucks.

I will be moving my 401k into conservative bonds. I have about 30% and have made $900 this year and never lost so far. It doesnt grow as big as the stocks but ill switch and when the stocks go down after the election.

It all comes to patience. People don't have patience anymore they want their money and they want it now. Just wait there will be a 40% correction in real estate. Just keep dry powder available but my dry powder is gold. That way I'm not losing purchasing power

Renting is actually cheaper than buying in most places. Buying a house to live in is NOT an investment. Physical gold is very hard to store and protect from thieves and governments. You can run but you cannot hide, unfortunately. Proper diversification without losing overall rate of return is almost impossible in todays world, we are too interconnected now. Some lucky people will sure make it big. Most will suffer.

It doesnt matter, the govt owns the agencies and backs these bad loans, as there arent any stockholders or capital to cover losses other than taxpayers. The govt will end up owning and either selling or leasing these bad properties and basically nationalise part of the housing system, financed by more debt.

Real Estate has gotten out of control. Families cannot afford a roof over their heads. Shame on liberals and all in power who spend and spend and spend knowing they keep kicking the can down the road. Now look at the mess we are ALL in. Do the rich honestly think this will not have an affect on them as well. When people have no money to spend businesses go bust!!! People are losing jobs, even when working 2 and 3 jobs they cannot afford rent, food, utilities and insurance. Forget money for eating out, clothing, schooling and entertainment. This is not living, it's existing and people are tired of it. Tired because the government takes care of itself and heck with the rest of the people. We are over taxed and instead of taking care of Americans and our infrastructure they send the money, jobs and manufacturing out of the country. Shame on them.
