I remember coming to this house as a kid during christmas time. The couple who owned the home used to dress up as Mr. & Mrs. Clause. They'd have arts n crafts and at the end you could take a pic with Santa.
We were at taco bell last nite.. we noticed light in an upstairs window and lighting on the bottom floor..that was such a beautiful house ,then Maxines bridal shop.. sad it looks that way now...
Bro I was homeless n didn't make a mess worked just needed to sleep somewhere n security always kicking me my younger gf was kinda messed up we don't even do drugs it's kinda messed up to people like me who just wanna do something with our life but are struggling
This is so SAD !! It is July 6th. 2022 ! This Beautiful House is getting so run down just by No one caring for it !! I don't know who owns it, but it would benefit the house to maybe rent it to a business such as a lawyers office, or something to where there would be life in it !! Or have a caregiver live in it and keep up the yard and upkeep of the house for a nominal price.. it may help with the homeless creatures that want to destroy people's property !! There are so many buildings in this area of Stockton that are catching fire, and most of them are by these vagrants that think it is safe to start fires in them, after breaking into them .. This building was used for a Bridal Shop, so I know it is in a area that is coded for business, get a business in it !! It is such a gorgeous building, and is in a Historical Area of town !! Please, protect it !!
Operations Costs Too Expensive. Big property that would need a lot of lighting and cooling in the Summer and Heating in the winter. Wouldnt be enough to pay a wage to even part time staff.
And this is exactly why we need more places for the homeless to go here's an idea turn it into a shelter so people don't have to watch it be destroyed over time JS
@@jonathandutra4831 Great discussion... what would be the "right" side of town to build shelters, especially since the homeless are being moved around from neighborhood to neighborhood throughout the entire state?
Turn it into a church ⛪. It will make the neighborhood better. A church will feed the homeless also. Those guys need some inspiration. Otherwise it's going to be an insurance job 🔥
