Spoilers, I suppose: Most insane play in the history of Pointless? Going for the same clue as your opponents when they'd need to be wrong for you to be right, meaning you could just pick any easy answer off the board and automatically win anyway. The fact that they could've done that to win 2-0 but ended up losing 1-2 just made it better.

I was glad they lost, what a smarmy thing to do. Between that, and then knowing all the ducks in the bonus round but not saying outloud any information to help the other team add to the jackpot…. They just seemed like know it alls who had zero common sense. Satisfying result.

for god's sake, if youre pretty sure their answer of Henry VIII is wrong, but youre not 100% sure of the right answer yourself, why not just go for something you know is correct instead, as that's all you need if the other couple is incorrect. So tired of mindnumbingly dumb contestants on this show (in terms of game theory and strategy)

The reason they went for it is because they thought they knew it and they knew all the other answers would lose if the other team were correct anyway so it’s not dumb at all
