HISTORY AND BENEFITS OF TRADITIONAL KARATE
In this video we will discuss a few benefits and get into a brief history of Traditional k9Karate.
When you practice traditional karate, you realize that victory by itself is not the ultimate aim of Karate training.
Winning a fight or a karate contest is not the ultimate objective of traditional karate, it is just a part of karate's training and a means for the karate practicioner to test his or her ability during combat with opponents under traditional karate competition rules.
Besides improving your physical and mental traits through traditional karate training, one of the most valuable things that comes out of your daily karate training is character development, patience, humility, persistence, respect, confidence and self discipline.
