Yes this story is narrated in Quran and its true , but for new meat that grows , quran has not mentioned it , so we cannot verify its truth . in ancient Egypt all of the rulers were addressed as Firon , it was kind of their title , and they also had their individual names as well. they all were hard and cruel rulers. But this particular one was the one who used to claim himself as God ,so for the one claiming of being God the punishment has to be more . Thus Quran says that ALLAH SWT wanted to preserve him for the nations to come, so that he will be a sign for people . his name according to Egyptian historians is RAMESIS The 2 . as per one comment that u have read in comments in ur video stating that Nile is a river not sea , so water cant be saltish. the answer is that we all know that rivers eventually tend to merge in oceans. and his body did not surface right after the incident . so only ALLAH knows the best that hoe far did he travel and from where he was thrown out . Allah SWT , thrown him out in time when people from the country were still familliar of him , and recognized him . so once identified he was taken for the mummification , and by Allah's will the people of the time did not wash his body to remove the residues of water , but instead he was mummified as it was found . so hence when the tombs started to be discovered in 1920 or so ( do not exactly remember the year) the scientists were confused that why one mummy out of many retrieved was different from others . also it seemed that his nose was eaten by a creature like fish , on those grounds when investigations were done then only they were able to relate their findings with revelations of Quran 1400 years back
