Honestly got emotional watching that game live. Knowing 10 years ago we were in the bottom of Scottish football and looked like a shell of our former selves to now champions of Scotland and beating BVD on a European night is something you could only dream of after so much dark times have happened in recent years for us

Tavenier was total class when he was on loan to us at Rotherham. Free kicks. Overlaps and penalties. Including his penalty in the Wembley win for promotion that went to penalties. You have to credit Dortmund fans. The German's are very passionate supporters, but gracious in defeat. Bundesliga have some of the most well behaved, and respectful fans in Europe. Dortmund supporters were excellent

Loving the content lately, keep at it! Maybe you could do a video on the switch kit-makers are trying where the player issue shirts are advertised and so on and the fan replicas are looking more and more like fakes. The PSG kits are awful for example and the new MLS-kits look like bad fakes.

Until we were the best team again Frankfurt (by a small margin to be fair) and then lost on penalties 5-4. Absolutely gutting way to lose the final after outplaying Leipzig, Dortmund home and away, Red Star Belgrade and Braga. Deserved to win the Europa league that year but if you miss a penalty, you don't deserve to win. Aaron Ramsey just hit a poor one. A shame we've had terrible managers since and the team downgraded so much. Was such a strong team that year in Europe and then big teams came in for our players as normal, thus we've ended up doing bargain buys for injury prone players and the injuries are dreadful now. Even this summer, we signed 3 players who are barely fit. The team is going downhill so rapidly. Just a shame that this final was only so long ago and Rangers were actually so good at the time and deserved to be there. We threw the league away against struggling teams last year after going top. But the players we are recruiting are bottom of the barrel now. This season, we've struggled in most games, expect a strong performance away to Kiev in Europe. Good Rangers teams come and go in stages but the woeful level since that Europa League final seems to be staying put for a while. It's a shame too, this below par team still knocked out Betis last year, winning home and away before taking Benfica to such a tight game. But I think that's the best of our European adventures over for a while. It's been fun. It's over to another dark horse to try and take the reigns now. We tried and ultimately came up short but it was fun.
