The #Woodstock Music Festival began on August 15, 1969, as half a million people waited on a dairy farm in Bethel, New York, for the three-day #musicfestival to start. What started an a business opportunity, turned into a symbol of #peace and #love with top music acts performing.

Still can feel the magic when I visit. Love going on tbe anniversary date in August. Beautiful B&B 10 min from the concert grounds.

I,m 78 now ex musician i expirienced thev60 s in america south africa europe and i felt that something big is happening now i know it was just an illusion unfortunately .but it still was nice .for some of my friends the end was very sad life is not easy there are no shortcuts.

You need to do some research, that pandemic lasted 6 weeks in 1968 and the symptoms were mild. Woodstock happened in 1969. The current pandemic is much worse and more deadly than that one.

Yes! There are many movies on Woodstock's history. If you look it up on Google it will list tons of movies and documentaries.

Can anyone answer a question please? Were there more guys or girls at Woodstock? From the videos it looks like guys significantly outnumbered girls by about 5 to 1. What are the statistics? Thanks for your information.
