The Shinobi are fascinating. The idea of using the substantial and the insubstantial to penetrate the mind of a foe are incredible. Loving these videos.
I really like that they defined as a void, formless. I think it's a more fitting description than martial arts, considering how inconsistent the word is now days.
This is a good video. I realy like it. I'm just commenting here to say thank you for your great translations Anthony. Concerning the Shoninki, I'm into the german version of it. But I own seven of your books. The next one will be The Book of the Samurai II. Shinobi No Mono Volume I written by Jose F. Defez Gomez (Student of Kawakami-Soshike) is also an interesting one.
In the original Klingon works of Shakespeare, the clowns (such as Rosencratz and guildenstern) are notorious for their poetic mispronunciations. such as combining the sounds m&n, b&p etc, giving words a double meaning to comedic effect. could something similar be at play in the scrolls, as an introduction to kyojitsu?
i got a lot of questions for you but i hope i can get atleast these two answered i herd that some of the original scrolls are missing so my first question is how do we know if we can trust these teachings now? second question i know takamatsu dont seem to be legit, but what is you're opinions on Jinichi Kawakami also known as the last ninja do you think he is fake as well?
@@AntonyCummins well i apologize but new to your channel so i never heard, these answers, if you can point to me to right area to get these questions answered i be grateful, truly i would do you have a certain video where you talk about Jinichi Kawakami being fake or not? thank you i mean it
And to think that some people look up to these illogical ways of thinking. If you can't even pronounce something, how do you expect to get anything of it??
