In the 1700s, it saw Russia as a 1st Class state, and the Ottoman Empire won the wars in 1750. Even though it was in a period of decline, Austria in the west, Safavid in the east, Russia in the north. Russia could not give all of its power, but Russia saw the Ottoman Empire as a first class state even during its decline. In short, the Ottoman Empire never attacked Russia because it saw it as a waste of time to attack Russia when it was strong, but because Russia wanted to go down to the warm seas, it chose the times when the Ottoman Empire was weakened and accordingly. If you pay attention, the Russian defeats start from the 1780s, when the Ottoman Empire was losing power, and even these wars were not between Russia and the Ottomans. The Ottomans were on one side, Austria, France, Russia, the Safavids were on the other side, and Russia won a one-on-one victory only in the 1850s.

@@Alqoaity كلامك صحيح هذا موضوع الكتاب ولكن له تمهيد عن الحكم العثماني لنجد ما قبل الدولة السعودية الأولى وكون ما ذكرت من أقاليم لها نوع من الحكم الذاتي في نطاق الدولة العثمانية فهذا لا ينفي خضوعها للدولة العثمانية .
