This is awesome! I’ve begun a similar journey myself. Gone from gardening as a hobby to necessity. Dumping medication and healing myself through diet. I once had the attitude of, “there’s a pill for everything, I’ll eat and drink what I want”. Well I’ve turned around and headed back to that fork in the road. My wife and I are loving this new journey.

We saw a HUGE increase in sales of garden supplies and produce in the first year of the pandemic. Now with the increased cost of living sales are back to pre pandemic levels. But those who realized the importance of healthy food are customers for life!

I had a chiropractor who told me, just do one thing at a time, otherwise you tend to fail at changing your food. First I stopped drinking anything that had chemical additives like Soda's or anything with aspartame in it, then 6- 8 months later I stopped eating Wheat based foods because at the time it was darn near impossible to find any that wasn't poisoned with glycophate or greyzon, will eat non gmo when I can find it now, but back then just plane cut it out, my health got so much better in that one year with just cutting those two things out of my food it was insane. Also my anxiety levels dropped. Anyway I know some people try to change their whole food system overnight and wanted to suggest, there is more than one way to get the job done. little steps add up. just passing along a suggestion.

Decades ago I got what were then already old Rodale books out of the library. Society is just now starting to catch up to what was in them. All thanks to the rebels.
