The fact that Bill and Ben arguing can portray every civil war and border dispute shows Thomas and Friends can teach kids about History and Politics at a young age.

As someone who loved the show as a child loves learning about history at the moment I gotta say, this video was accurate nostalgic and fun to watch all the way through.

The Black Death representation Was perfect along with the great fire of London , the Boston tea party and the American revolution With the Napoleonic war and the civil war. Plus the Mexican-American war was FUNNY. And many more were also spot on.
If you think there’s a significant event missing, either I didn’t know about it or I couldn’t find a good way to portray it with Thomas, like the Egyptian Pyramids, Fall of the Roman Empire, Spanish-American war, etc. In fact some events like the Jonestown Dam Burst in 1889 wouldn’t have been put in had it not been for the perfect example with the dam exploding.

@@hngh6404 It's quite a good analogy: the trucks breaking away from something strong which would have led them to prosperity, because they think being on their own would be a good laugh, only to then crash and cause thousands of pounds worth of damage (to the economy).
