Respected Sir, so great to see u. although i have not done mbbs as i cudnt get admission. but still my love fr medicine never dies. thankyou sir. keep shining the name of bahawalpur.
I really hope that I get a teacher like him. His way of teaching and explaining is simply amazing. It is so clear and to the point. The way he breaks down how to question depending on the locality of the area of the presenting complain is just brilliant . sir I want a teacher like you not because I want to be the best pupil or the best doctor but to be able to provide the best care for the patient because at the end of the day that is what matters when the patient is treated in the best possible way.
Definatly some one said true"studious discussion, scientific knowledge can not be seperated or nor be binded with in terrotery". Love from india .Thanks sir.
Sir...javed sir though m not a science student but really feels that something is missing between us.we are still the same .....before division...sir its al due to politics... Life style, standard, situation is the same on both sides...its only the political ppl who are bent so for their own benefits...you r always in my heart as elder brother...salute you.
Sir you are a good doctor . U have given all the matter with polite.. he is taking your interview like a journalist. As I think this guy should be joined media..Javed sir your talking of way is excellent.. you are making grasp with clearly... Salute sir. I am big fan of u..keep it up..
you are such a blessing for medical students specially your fcps residents are lucky, may Allah bless you with healthy, long and peaceful life... always stay blessed sir....❤️❤️
A.o a sir im not belong to medical field but the way you are sort the things is quite impressive.i like very much .you are also a good motivational speaker ❤️
1)What brought you hospital ? What else ? What else ? What else until patient says nothing else. 2)use patient own language without medical terminology 3)duration 4)chronological order of patient complaints. If you are able to know patient complaint , you must be able to ask set of questions and make diagnosis. Thanks a lot sir.
1. History of FEVER not asked as an important association of the pain. 2. Someone told that in history no medical term is used like vomiting. Vomiting is a common English word not a medical term.
LOL , Dr Sahb kept asking questions randomly,he had no diagnosis in his mind 😂 . It's kinda shocking Dr Sahb , I'm a 3rd Year Mbbs student I actually knew the diagnosis ☺️
Respected sir while taking history of a long case can we write something on a paper like differentials or any other stuff like imp points of history so that it will really helpout to ask questions regarding those differentials or we have to save it in our mind??
Mashallah sir ..Sir u are our inspiration ..i am studying abroad but my dream to meet u and learn from u ...I am also medical student of 1st year in russia ...sir give advice to me plz about my medical life ..plz reply me😍
Hi. I want to ask you that if a patient has more then one presenting complaints for example constipation diarrhea and severe abdominal pain. But patient came to hospital because of severe abdominal pain. So my question is that will we label abdominal pain as chief complaint and others as presenting complaint or we will just include abdominal pain in the presenting complaint. And other problems as associated symptoms in history of presenting complaint(HOPC). Will be thankful if i will get the answer. Have a good day! Keep providing us the information which is highly required by us. God bless you sir
